私は食品業界での経験を通じて、生き物と食べ物の間に存在する多様な価値観に疑問を抱くようになった。
多様であるが故に生じる疑問や違和感を、ポートレートとして表現している。

我々が日々、意識的に、あるいは無意識的に行う選択、その背景にある価値観を、作品制作を通じて考えていきたい。

In today’s society, where information abounds and diversity is respected, the discretion to select information is left to each individual more than ever before.
Through my experience in the food industry, I have come to wonder about the diverse values that exist between living creatures and food.
The portraits express the doubts and feelings of discomfort that arise from the diversity.

Through the creation of artworks, we would like to consider the choices we make consciously or unconsciously on a daily basis and the values that lie behind those choices.
