2015年にモントリオールで屋外コラージュを始めて以来、CSRKは独自の世界観を共有しながら、都市空間のアイデンティティの進化にも貢献してきた。彼のアイコニックなキャラクターは、北米やヨーロッパの複数の都市の街並みに今もなお存在し続けている。

スタジオでの制作を通じて、CSRKは自身のストリートアートに新たな正当性を与え、より永続的なアプローチへと進化させてきた。屋外制作の時間的制約から解放され、彼は現在、ペイント、インク、スプレーペイントといった耐久性のある素材を使用している。また、木製パネルや道路標識といった都市環境に密接に関係する支持体を選ぶことで、アートと都市との対話を生み出す。

彼の屋外コラージュは本質的に儚く、外的要因によって時間とともに劣化していく。この無常性こそが彼の作品の特異性を際立たせ、「まさにその瞬間」に作品を味わうことを鑑賞者に促す。誰もが楽しむことができる彼のストリートコラージュは、ユーモアや軽やかさ、そして深みを織り交ぜながら、人生の儚さと移ろいについて考えさせてくれる。

Since beginning his outdoor collages in Montreal in 2015, CSRK has shared his unique worldview while also contributing to the evolving identity of urban spaces. His iconic characters remain proudly displayed as part of the cityscapes of multiple cities through north America and Europe.

Through his studio work, CSRK has given his street art a new legitimacy, evolving it into a more enduring approach. Free from the time constraints of outdoor creation, he now uses long-lasting materials such as paint, inks and spray paint. By selecting supports like wooden panels or road signs, elements closely related to the urban environment , he fosters a dialogue between art and the city.

His outdoor collages are inherently ephemeral, gradually deteriorating over time due to external factors. This impermanence makes his work unique, encouraging the viewer to appreciate the piece “in that very moment.” Accessible to everyone, his street collages, invite reflection on the fragility and transience of life, while blending humor, lightness, and depth.
